Amazing service and fantastic products. I built a brand new bathroom at home and got it all from NewWave; they were so helpful in helping me choose what was required and which pieces would go together whilst staying within my budget.

We arranged an appointment to visit New Wave during the difficult period of restrictions being in place. Josh was very accommodating and was there as arranged. He left us to browse the various suites they have on offer but was on hand to provide advice and assistance when required, giving us different colour options available within the range we wanted. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision.

We chose a Heritage suite and were very pleased with the products when they were delivered by New Wave. They were always on hand for any queries as we installed the suite ourselves.

We are very pleased with the suite now it is installed and the quality is very good.
