Really pleased with the finished bathroom. Professional and friendly service throughout. From start to finish we were guided through a stunning range of products to find what suited our needs. Fitting was expertly done and we love the final finish.

The team were very pleasant to deal with, right from the initial design and purchasing, to booking and installation. The initial installation was done in good time, however there were a few delays / unforeseen hiccups in the process needing additional visits. We were kept in touch with throughout but the process did take longer than anticipated. Otherwise we were very pleased with the work carried out and the communication with the team. Would recommend.

Really nice people to deal with. Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The showroom is lovely too, it’s so helpful to see the products in situ. Leonie helped me with the design and choosing the fittings, she knows the products very well! The fitters, Grant and Ben were brilliant. They worked really hard and did a great job, and I was also very impressed that they cleaned up every day before leaving. I love my new bathroom, it looks fantastic. Thank you all so much!

We recently had a new Bathroom fitted by Grant and Ben on behalf of Worcester City Bathrooms and from start to finish the process was professional and accommodating to all our needs and the results are out of this world .
The showroom experience was perfect and our whole bathroom chosen in just two visits and swiftly ordered .
The two fitters were so professional and informative at each and every stage and left the house clean and tidy .

Very impressed. Very professional. Good Quality Bathroom 👍🏻 The team at Worcester Bathrooms and Grant/Ben worked very hard; and we are absolutely chuffed with the outcome.

Excellent service and quality work.

Leonie guided us through the design process, helping us find the best layout, styles, colours and tiles. We were able to see a 3D render of the bathroom before we decided to go ahead with the order.

The work was carried out by Micky, who is efficient, tidy and did a great job. We took photos at the end of each day to show the progress. You can see how quickly the whole bathroom came together and how it was left clean at the end of each day.

We are delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend them to friends and families!
