Lovely bathrooms but post sales experience severely lacking and customer service appalling. You don't want to book fitters months in advance to be given last minute notice of delivery changes (also booked months in advance) or to receive zero notice of items being out of stock and having to source last minute replacements. Being passed from one member of staff to the next.

High end choice but low end sales attitude. There were no prices on anything but big signs with 20%-30% off. This is a small minded attitude because people with money want to know the prices!

Bathroom room suppliers with superb range of products

Walked in and no one greeted us, they just stayed sitting at their desks chatting. We then saw several staff while walking through the store and we were blatantly ignored.

Like any bathroom projects, its never smooth sailing and this time we took our chance and bought most of our bathroom and ensuite kits from CP Hart. Tony is always helpful and responsive, even after the purchase. There were hiccups but issues were always resolved quickly. The delivery guys were always on time and very kindly waited when we were late in getting home on time. Will definitely recommend CP Hart to anyone who are looking for high quality bathrooms!

I could go into a lot of constructive detail about why I've given 1 star but I've spent far too much time already. The only reason why I've given 1 star instead of zero is because of the products, but they're readily available from companies that communicate and provide a customer service.

I have to agree with Nikki's review. Definitely nice folks so the 2 stars, but responsiveness near zero. Been waiting 14 days for a reply despite several emails, texts and calls.

After sales team started out as very helpful, now get no reply to emails or phone messages? Is the firm still in business?
