Placed an order from this company first week of November. The item was showing in stock on the website when I made the purchase. I was then told several days later it was actually out of stock. After much toing and froing and almost four months later the item still hadn’t arrived so I requested a refund. The refund took almost two weeks to be credited to me. The item is still showing as ‘in stock’ on the website, however, and can still be purchased as a stock item! Be wary!

Absolutely disgraceful service received. After weeks of chasing, and receiving incorrect items, I'm still awaiting my full order. I'll be asking for a refund for the item outstanding because I give up.

Update: thanks Unbeatable Bathrooms for the response. You should really get your facts straight before responding, as it just reinforces the fact that your focus is not on customer service. Some matters to set straight:

- I ordered a sink which not only took weeks to arrive after lots of chasing, when it did arrive it was not the one I ordered. After lots of back and forth the right model was finally delivered. I even had to chase to get the incorrect sink collected, otherwise it’d still be sat in my garage. This should never have happened.

- I ordered a waste unit that your website advised went with my model of sink, so I ordered it. After learning that your website had advised me incorrectly, it was helpfully replaced but again took a long time to arrive and lots of chasing. No charge incurred because it was clear where the mistake had been made!

One thing I’ll also add is that whenever I did speak to someone on the phone, most of the time they were very friendly and apologetic. I got the impression that their workload is too high, hence the service I received. They deserve better support from management.

Fantastic service ordered online Monday. Tuesday morning postman knocking at door with parcel we have been trying to buy this item for months but was told it would be 12 to 14 weeks delivery Thank you so much .Gill and Jimmy 👍

Delivery was terrible. 3 days in a row waiting in the house for it not to arrive on top of the previous day I waited in a week prior. Had to rechedule my own work, seriously inconvinient.

Shower had clearly been repackaged as plastic covers were missing on parts. Missed a crack in the bath, only discover at fitting. No reposnse when I emailed about it. I'm sure their Ts & Cs wouldn't have covered it but still makes Unbeatable / Bliss Bathrooms a poor experience.

Couldn't be more annoyed, it took 6 attempts for them to delivery. They claimed twice it was delayed because they noticed a scratch on the bath..... fun when we unwrapped it the bath. It had a dent!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30.
This company is by far the worse I had dealt with.
Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at.
Full of empty words.
I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised.
I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it.
I will certainly take this further

Unbeatable terrible customer service. I have tried to call, live chat and email - all with no reply. Such a turn off in purchasing any products I’d rather pay more elsewhere.

I've had a great experience using Unbeatable Bathrooms. Despite issues with the courier and delivery (no fault of the company) they communicated effectively, always answered their phones and got back to me on each instance. They went above and beyond to rectify any issues in a prompt and professional manner. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again.
