We'll see how they come in on price, but, at very short notice, Peter went to great lengths to help bring a project in on budget. We couldn't ask for better customer service and loved their range of products.

Willbond provided a professional, friendly and very responsive service and were always prepared to go that extra mile to ensure I was happy with my bathroom refit. The installation experts recommended by Willbond (Richard Brown) were very reliable and efficient and also ensured the highest customer satisfaction. Highly recommended all round service from both Willbond and Richard.

This is not a place that I would recommend to order your new bathroom from. It is a nice showroom with showroom prices to support it.
I could have had the same items elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.
What I initially thought was an estimate was actually put through as an order at a huge cost to me.
Payment and delivery was never discussed at the time of browsing.

As a bathroom fitter , I've been using Willbonds for many years, the reason I use them is for the quality of the products and the service they provide , nothing is too much trouble.

I ordered a bathroom last year and all went well, their recommended fitter Mark Short is a perfectionist.
This year however, we ordered a new En-suite. The shower was delivered with the door opening from the wrong side, I would have had to climb over the sink to get into it.
When we did finally get the shower installed the door finished about an inch above the shower pan allowing copious amounts of water to splash out.
After taking this up at the shop, we received absolutely no help all, they suggested that the maybe the fitting was to blame, then maybe we had the wrong type of shower. They did offer to contact the manufacturer but after a week I had to call them back only to be told "There was nothing they could do",
I suspected they had not called at all. At this point I called the manufacturer myself they apologized and called me back with some suggestions but agreed there was a problem.
All turned out well thanks to Mark Short (fitter) who returned to our house at no cost and installed a 25mm drip strip to the bottom of the door.
With the high cost of the products from this shop you would think that their customer service and products would be better than this.

Very poor service, they simply didn't want to get up to serve us. Not helpful at all, no explanation, didn't seem to know their stuff at all. I'll deffo go back to Pavis, where service is excellent. You really do get what you pay for.

There was no one else in the showroom when we arrived, and neither of the two colleagues were serving anyone else. I appreciate the apology, but frankly I would not bother coming back.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
I would give zero stars if I could.

We were the only customers in the showroom yet the three staff members could not even be bothered to acknowledge our existence in any way. They didn’t even look up from their phones.

I guess they think businesses can survive without customers.

If it were my business, all three would be looking for a new job.

Very helpful. Happy to spend time with customers helping them to find exactly what they want
