The fitters arrived bang on 8am as stated they would and after the obligatory cup of tea work was under way. The two guys were brilliant! Friendly and worked like Trojans . 4 days later everything done and what a stunning job they did. Genuinely cannot praise wittering west enough for the job they did. We now have the space we wanted for the family and within our budget. Great job guys thank you!
It’s over one month since we made appointment, choose our kitchen. Chase them many times, eventually we get our project plan, we had to make some changes because it wasn’t what we was asking and what we agreed. After that they Never come back to us Never get quote. It’s really shame because we loved that kitchen but just simply couldn’t go with a company who needs to be chased so many times.
So we decided to have a new kitchen fitted and hallway floor done, the first part of the process, design and booking went off without any problems in this regard the company did very very well.
Now when I comes to the practical work, Jesus christ it leaves alot to be desired.
So the work started earlier than expected which was great, but that's about all that was good, unit measurements weren't right in the utility room so had to be cut down, this is after the work has been completed and the door still sticks on a cupboard due to it being tight.
The company loves to say oh but if we don't know we can't do anything. Despite us speaking to the workmen about issues, pipework and electric not completed in time for plastering so the plasterer had to do multiple visits to patch work.
Radiator leaking so water was under a newly laid floor a day before.
Holes in the plaster not filled in behind the units so I had to do it myself.
Alarm box in the hallway not removed so I had to do it myself and plaster the hole all of which was charged for.
The washing machine waste pipe not fitted correctly so water pumped out onto an electric point tripping the electrics until the socket was replaced.
Multiple times workmen not turning up to start work and multiple days where workmen would leave after a few hours for another job while mine wasn't completed For several weeks over the deadline.
The project manager came to our house I believe twice once to measure and once after we created a snagging list because no one checked on how the job was going.
The final straw was the electric blowing to which I well and truly lost my rag with these people.
If you want excuses after excuses, little to no follow up and stress added to your life then go for it.
I will add however that the workman that was sent to finish the job called dave needs a damn medal, he had to correct problems, fit a utility room and do the best job he could with no plans and an angry customer. Dave was a superhero. Everyone else was about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

From the beginning to the very end of our kitchen & bathroom project, the whole team kept us in the loop, they were fab.
They offer so much choice, Jason gave us sound advice on what would work & what wouldn’t and they even managed to keep within our budget.
I never normally review, but Im a
Stickler for reading reviews, so I thought it was only right to shout about the positive experience we had from them.
Once the decorating has finished, I will share some pictures.
They both worked so hard to ensure everything ran smoothly and kept me informed every step of the way.
I cannot thank them enough.
