Fantastic facial! Rashmi took the time to understand my skin and the skin problems I have had and tailor the facial to me. She also gives great advice on skincare products and skincare routine. The treatment room is lovely and the atmosphere was just what I needed. Will be definitely visiting again :)

It is one of my highlights in the calendar and a wonderful down time in the pleasant company of a very professional beautician who knows her business inside out! Rashmi is an absolute expert in her field, constantly stays on top of any new developments and will make you feel completely renewed! The results are fantastic and my skin always glows after her treatments. I love the fact that she comes to my house (nothing more luxurious and relaxing after having given birth to my kids!), that she delivers new products to my doorstep and that she also has all the answers to my teenager's skin issues. Just had the most amazing Power Peel facial with the lovely, calming Rashmi at Urban Swan.
After being wrapped up in a heated blanket which immediately relaxed me I was transcended to another universe while I was treated to the best facial I’ve ever received!
My skin feels and looks incredible so much plumper and so soft and smooth.

This is the best facial I've had. Rashmi is lovely and knowledgeable. I had the 'bounce back' facial and my skin looks incredible. I usually have bad reactions to products or find that my skin doesn't look different after a facial, but I am glowing!
