Mrs Mirka is a top notch professional. She is the only massage therapist in the area that truly helped me with my headaches and a nasty muscle tension I suffer from. As someone who has had many massages at spa's such as whittlebury hall and centre parks, I have to say my hour long aromatherapy massage with Mirka was the best I have ever had. Mirka spent time talking to me before hand and adapted my massage to my needs (back pain) she worked confidently and with a lot of knowledge of the body /muscle anatomy. She used hot stones to help relax my wooden muscles and really worked the knots and tension away. She also gave me great advice and explained why she was doing certain things. Very personable lady and an all round fantastic massage cant wait to book in again!
