They NEVER open at 10 even though this is the time they are supposed to! I went to this shop at half past 10 on a weekday and they were closed! I drive past a couple of times a week and they are closed after 10. Ridiculous

I bought a hair colour to cover my gray hairs. It did not do anything to my hair. I took it back and told the lady told me there are no guarantees with hair colours. So Do you sell things that don't really work???? She refused to give me a refund. Pathetic. Never going there.
