Totally fed up! We placed an order on 26 Feb, Big Green Smile took payment. The order has been delivered to our local collection point but we have not received a collection reference code from BGS so cant pick up the parcel. Customer Services don't answer the phone. They have a recorded msg saying send an email. Done that, but they have replied to say they cant find the order under our name, postcode or email address. What a shambles! Have been going back and forth. Had to ring our collection point and get a ref no from the parcel. Have sent that via another email (4th one today) and left another phone msg. Still waiting How can we collect our parcel - which we have paid for - if they cant give us a ref code. What a waste of time. Wont order from them again.
