My first experience at the salon was okay with a woman called Julia, she works very slowly and with care, but took 4 hours and a half in the salon for hair dye and cut!
Second time I went, she was truly disrespectful to me! She booked me in for 11 o'clock, I turned up as normal and she was still cutting someone else's hair whilst drinking coffee and laughing with the client in Russian!
When I asked her how much longer is it gonna take, she jumped at me saying ' I don't work in a factory' and 'You can go somewhere else if you're not happy to wait'.. Really outrageous and rude! Walked out of the salon after half hr of making me wait... some of these people really don't have any work ethic whatsoever!

The only reason I would recommend this place to anyone is if you are okay with being treated harshly by some russian lass and made to pay for a service that lasts 3 hrs up...
