Klassy Nails

Got a full set done here with nail art. Absolutely love them. Only given 4 stars as even though I booked an appointment it didn’t seem to make a difference as I still had to wait 40 mins regardless of me turning up 20 mins before my appointment time.

Money hungry!
Avoiding the tax man with only cash being method of payment!
Even if you book an appointment you sit and wait!
Really rubbish finish on nails and want you in and out too quickly.
Over priced for the service you get they don’t even say hello and when you speak they act like they don’t understand English when they clearly do!

Bit of a wait but staff are all lovely. The guy who did my nails kept checking i was happy with them and if i was ok! Really pretty nails and good service. Good price and also offer student discount!

I’ve been going to Klassy for around a year for acrylic extensions and didn’t have any issues. Went recently and they had new staff and the man that did my nails has filed them down to the point where they’ve burnt my natural nail and I currently don’t have any type of nail left on two fingers. Very unprofessional when I raised a concern and they laughed!! Won’t be going back!

i went yesterday and then less then 24 hours later the nail broke(keep in mind i haven’t done anything to make them brake), the staff were rude and ignorant, personally i would never go again over priced, rude service, definitely not worth it!!

Nails were ok, but the biggest problem is that they do not clean nor sanitise any tools after each customer. Also, the man who I think is the owner is RUDE!!

I was greeted politely by the manager when I attended my appointment. The cleanliness was immaculate - the pedicure chair was wiped down multiple times and the equipment was washed/sanitized. I enjoyed my time here and this won't be my last. Great customer service, professional and amazing quality from start to finish.
