I had Steph for a blow dry and straightening, she was so lovely and did a wonderful job with my hair. Really took her time even though it was quite a process! Please pass on my thanks to her, great service & would highly recommend

I went to get my daughter's ears pierced. Toni was fantastic. She was very professional and kind as my daughter was very nervous. I would highly recommend. She explained the steps and asked me to sign a consent sheet, she wore gloves and everything was sterilised as you would expect. Thankyou so much Toni. We were happy and it was our first visit to the salon.

My appointment was for 11.45. I arrived a few minutes before. I booked in and sat down. As far as I was concerned I was waiting for Zola. It came to 12.00 then 12.10. I asked at the desk if I had my appointment was 11.45 thinking I’d got it wrong. To my surprise the Receptionist then spoke to Kathryn. I’d been sat next to her all that time I was waiting. She said she was ready and I was a bit surprised. I asked wasn’t Zola doing them and she told me Zola left!! I understand if someone is running late but it would have been nice to tell me. Also it took for me to question about Zola. It would have been nice to tell me when I 1st arrived. I don’t normally complain it’s just down to communication.

Absolutely loved my visit today, excellent service as always, love the colour and finish to my hair. Kathryn was excellent even though my hair is difficult she took so much time on making it perfect. Can't thank her enough.

Response given by owner is rubbish. Did not mention how they first glued my nail back on then changed their minds, was a total mix up. My issue was the way I was spoken to by the manager not wanting discount or free treatment! Made the right decision to go to another local salon for my hair, nails and lashes, can definitely see difference in service and costs the same.

The beauty manager is quite rude and I have stopped going after 30 years as a result of this in August. Was so shocked by the way the manager spoke to me, (even the receptionist apologised) that I cancelled all my up and coming appointments, no contact was made as an apology so I have know found another local salon for my hair and nails that I am very happy with.

I'm delighted with my nails by Kathryn. Really enjoyed the appointment; very relaxing and lovely to have a chat. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

I'm absolutely delighted by the treatment and service I received on my firt visit at the salon. Diana, Charlotte and Kathryn were amazing, extremely professional and kind. I will definitely visit this beauty parlour shortly.
