So very happy with my eyebrows. Lisa microbladed them amazingly. They look so natural and she picked the perfect colour for them. The procedure was painless as Lisa used a numbing cream before and during. She has provided me with after care ointments and explained fully on how to use them. Thank you so much Lisa. Lisa is without doubt very good at her job. I loved having my eyebrows done with her, it very rarely hurt and the wax she uses is amazing. However, my recent customer experience with her has been awful. Due to family and personal reasons, I missed an appointment in Feb (awaiting a cancer diagnosis and was away supporting family) this missed appointment was paid for. I then cancelled an appointment in August because my son was ill and i knew I wouldn't make to the appointment the following day. In September I then missed another appointment due to a personal loss and forgot my appointment.

I then booked my appointments for the run up to Christmas and Lisa rightly asked for payment up front and for payment of the September appointment I missed. There was absolutely no reference at this point to me allegedly not attending my last 3 appointments or that the payment was to pay for those appointments otherwise I'd have clarified the position then with her.

I sent the money by PayPal and then a few days later decided to cancel the appointment as work commitments meant I'd probably struggle to get to them and I'd rather let someone else have the opportunity for the appointment and I'd just try and get in somewhere else as and when I could.

I cancelled the appointments at 5-5.30pm and sent a PayPal refund request as a reminder that I had paid up front. I then got awoken by a confused message which I think was quite rude at 10pm at night accusing me of missing my last 3 appointments, which I hadn't and saying that the Paypal money was for reimbursement for these appointments.

I then responded with an account of what had happened with the previous appointments and to advise what the payment was for and that as far as I was aware the only charge was one appointment which I was happy to pay. I then get woken again at near on midnight accusing me of being aggressive, which I most definitely was not.

Not what I was expecting when from my perspective all I did was cancel with good notice my appointments and request a refund for my pre-paid appointments.

Iv known Lisa for 3 years now and will never use anyone else, Lisa is truly the brow queen of Chorley, as soon as you walk into the salon you’re greeted with a friendly face and excellent customer service, Lisa is more than just a beautician she’s also a good friend to her clients

Can't recommend Cara enough. Friendly and full of lots of great advice about how to have your hair.
