The worst experience I've ever had with any salon! I initially spoke to Liv in December to have fat freezing treatment, she seemed very nice and spoke very well. And recommended a package which would involve me seeing her once a week for 7 weeks! And guaranteed me i would see results in weeks. So due to lockdown I had to wait until May, to start my fat freezing treatment! On my first appointment, she requested the full amount for the package up front, which I obliged with!

I attended the first 2 sessions, and on the 3rd session an hour before my appointment she cancelled it, making up some excuse. A week later, she did the same with my next appointment! Costing me £40 in childcare! She would not reschedule, saying I will get back to you, I waited days not hearing back from her, I had to chase her up. Then she stated, she can no longer commit to my appointments and offered me a refund! To my amusement she only offered me a 50% refund, considering she had only done 2 out of 7 sessions! I had no choice but had to go along with it, as she had taken the money in advance. Even then I had to keep messaging her to get the refund, after numerous messages and false promises made by Liv , it took a week to get the refund!

The most disappointing part in all this is, the fat freezing treatment did not work, and I'm out of pocket!

Its been a horrible stressful experience dealing with this Salon. If you do decide to go ahead with this salon, I would recommend don't pay everything upfront!

Worst experience ever!

Went for 3D lipo fat freezing. First time I have had any sort of cosmetic procedure so was a little anxious. Didn't need to be as Liv put me at ease, as she was very professional and friendly throughout. Very impressive new, clean premises too. I would definitely recommend.

At first it went well, liv was great but then she stopped responding to messages and all i get is someone else telling me liv will get back to me when she comes back. She never does. Been trying to contact her about the 3d lipo for 2 months now. She never completed my appointments. The treatment was advertised as full refund if not happy. Im not happy!

Fabulous, had hifu with Liv, so professional and friendly, brilliant treatment lovely girls. Perfect.
