Absolutely Fab experience....Charlotte was so patient with me and really made me feel at ease. Loved our little chat. She went above and beyond to provide me with what I had requested. I absolutely love having my nails done with Charlotte, she's so lovely. I'm quite a new customer at Pure Perfection and I have always been made to feel very comfortable. All the girls are so friendly and very professional and the salon has a lovely ambience.

Wonderful staff, did a brilliant job on my feet, well done . Lovely Charlotte did my pedicure today, it was a gift from my daughter for my 70th birthday, Charlotte is absolutely lovely, I suffer with arthritis and she was so gentle and caring, easy to chat to so will definitely be going back, my feet feel amazing. I had total baby brain and went an hour earlier to my appointment today 🤦‍♀️ Laura was so kind and understanding, she squeezed me in between her two other appointments that she had back to back. I only had child care for an hour for my newborn, my toddler was with me at the salon. Even though I kept apologising she reassured me that it’s ok and that ‘we’ve all been there’. I got the henna brows done and she’s done an amazing job also, the shape and precision and colour is perfect.
I look forward to going for my treatment every month, all the staff are so lovely and they make it a genuinely relaxing experience. Even when my toddler is with me! Thanks ladies! <3

Had my 1st visit yesterday for a bridal spray tan trial and I felt very comfortable straight away & my tan came out so beautifully, already recommended to all my bridesmaids!
