Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar Counter

Had my eye brows waxed by Molly and she was fantastic. Super sweet, advised me well and did an amazing job of shaping my brows, I can’t stop looking in the mirror at them. She did a great job of advising me on brow make up products too but wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Will definitely be returning to her in a few weeks for my next wax.

Semi at the benefit counter at Boots Bluewater tinted & waxed my eyebrows to perfection today. I am a very particular person and her customer service was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Semi listened to my brow concerns and gave me her expert opinion. Semi mapped my brows and made me feel at ease before shaping them exactly the way I wanted them , she was very polite and her attention to detail was spot on.

We were served so brilliantly by Leah in Boots today, who talked us through the Benefit products. My daughter initially was looking for an eyebrow pen and highlighter and we came away with both plus many other products. Leah had an excellent approach and new her products very well indeed. We will be visiting again very soon after such a great experience.

Leah was absolutely incredible! So patient, making sure my brows looked exactly how I wanted them too! She put me at ease, really friendly and chatty and my brows look amazing! 10/10 recommend and I 100% will be back!
