Prestige Beauty & Hair

I originally put up a good review after leaving the salon. However when I looked at the back of my hair there were two dark lines at the crown of my head. I phoned and went back. Bearing in mind I asked for a half head of baby lights the stylist bleached my hair to within an inch of it's life. She put another couple of foils in. I could see the problem wasn't solved and the back of my hair won't sit right now. It's appalling. I paid the guts of £100, and gave a good tip. I ended up going to another hairdresser who did her best to rectify my hair. I will never darken the door of Prestige again.

Booked in for a cut and blow dry - cut was exactly what I asked for (length and layers were perfect). April made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved getting my hair done by April today. I'm really happy with the cut and colour. I'm already booked for my next appointment. It's a really nice clean salon and I had a lovely reception from all of the ladies that work there.

Used Prestige for a holiday manicure + nail polish. Great experience ,i was made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Great customer service as I had just called in last-minute from the street on my way home.

I never write bad reviews but the acrylic nails I had done were awful!!

When I said I wasn't happy with them she refuesd to give me a refund and convinced herself that there was nothing wrong with them. I won't be going there again! Avoid!

The girls are always friendly there, I had highlights, cut & blow dry very happy with my hair.

Very enjoyable and relaxing massage, I especially enjoyed the hot stones. Thank you Kiera
