Sam has been a stable sports therapist of mine since August last year. When u started suffering with sciatica and constant trapped nerves in my neck,following a car accident.

At first I saw Sam every week, she was (is) somewhat of a safety blanket, we have regular checks and see what still needs treating and Sam has bumped me down from a weekly visit to a 3 weekly visit. She does what is in my best interest and not to line her pockets and the honesty support and friendship is second to none.

Not only do i get a sports massage every 3 weeks lol, i also get regular “relaxing” ones. The facials are amazing and omg to I love my lash lift!

Sam is truly the best and so humble.
