Talents Hair Beauty Nails

I love talents!, you go in feeling dreary and come out feeling a million dollars! The staff are totally professional, friendly and always ready to advise you. I have been going to talents for about 13 years and have never left the salon feeling disappointed. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I had a haircut here yesterday by the lovely Jess, she's always a delight and does a fantastic job on my hair.
I come out feeling like a princess!.

This hairdressers may be okay if you have straight hair but curly or complex textures then they are totally clueless about how to deal with hair like this. They butchered my hair and left it weird sticky up bits while trying to use thinning scissors. I would strongly recommend against using this hairdressers if you have curly hair because even the more experienced members can't handle it.

I came to see Nicola today for my first time to a hairdressers for many many years I was a bit nervous and Nicola made me feel so welcome! I’ve never actually felt happier or more relaxed getting a haircut truly amazing customer service and a wonderful new do 2! Thank u so much :)

Partner had a hair cut here and said the experience was awful. First off the hairdresser messed up the type of cut she wanted and then had to ask the manager for assistance. After the manger told her what to do she continued but messed it up even further. Another hairdresser had a step in to save the cut and finish it off.

The original hairdresser tried to blag her way out of any responsibility and said ‘3 people got involved as this is a model appointment’, even though the hairdresser was fully qualified. (It was not a model appointment).

She spent around 2 hours in the salon and wasn’t even offered a drink.

Avoid this salon.

Ive nothing but praise for ALL the staff at Talents. I always leave with a big smile on my face. Staff have always been very attentive & patient. I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to my making up my mind about my hair, but this is never a concern. I'm given the most helpful advice & guidance. I've recently been in as a model too & the experience was fabulous. Thanks so much Chloe & Graham. I've never felt better! You are all so committed to providing the best experience to your clients. Was my first time visiting Talents yesterday after not having had my hair cut in nearly a year. Was feeling really deflated about my hair and unhappy with its condition so I went with the Olaplex treatment, wash cut and blow-dry with Izzy.
I don't think I've ever had such a nice haircut ! Izzy listened to what I wanted and made suggestions but not in an invasive way and made me feel really happy about my hair for the first time.
Amazing service would definitely come again!

Had a great cut and restyle with Sam today. Very professional Manager and friendly staff in such pleasant and comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended.
