I have been having my waxing done by Lena for over 4 years now and I cannot recommend her enough. Significantly less painful than other therapists I have used and she always makes me feel entirely comfortable.

I have recently also had my eyebrows microbladed and I am so happy with the results. I had patchy and uneven brows and she has turned them into natural looking, full brows. Delighted!

If you are looking for a beautician you can trust, look no further. Lena is very professional and easy to talk to, but most of all she is great at what she does. She’s a perfectionist and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the results.

Lena is brilliant, she always makes you feel welcome, relaxed and taken care of. I have had a range of treatments from brows, eyelash tinting, facials and manicures and pedicures. Just the most wonderful facial, Lena is a gem! So professional right from using the booking system to follow-up advice. The new Covid process was in place, sanitiser, masks/face shields all in place, no concerns. The actual facial was just so relaxing, the whole atmosphere was chilled, I was made to feel at ease, with a full consultation prior. The products used were high quality, the facial / neck massage was just so relaxing, everything about it was a quality service, I can’t recommend Queenies & Lena high enough! I’ve already booked my next one!!
