Had a haircut with Chelsea. I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted from different angles and it was clear she wasn't sure how to go about getting the style. What I walked out with was not what I asked for and I feel she could tell too but I didn't know how to direct her. Will be scheduling a corrective cut with another salon.

Just had a pedicure by Naz and it was brilliant. Feel like I'm walking on clouds now.
I felt very accommodated especially being a man. Will definitely be coming back.

I am shocked by the level of customer service given to a family member who recently visited your salon. Please can you explain how you can charge a 15 year old teenager nearly £30 to have less than 1 inch of hair cut ( the hair was not even washed ) I thought having a business you would want to keep customers happy rather than losing then, you even had the audacity to threaten call the police. My daughter was very upset .For your information you have a duty to display what your charges are to the consumer I am pleased to say your salon will not be visited by any of my family members in the future. I suggest you take course in customer service on how to treat your Customers.

I had a wash, cut and blowdry today at Avy’s. It was my first time going there and I had a great experience. I have very long and thick hair, which gets quite knotty, even after just being brushed, but I didn’t experience any pain whilst having my hair done here (which I have before at other salons). Chelsea did my hair and I’m so pleased with how it looks and feels. She was also lovely to talk to throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend using this salon.

Naz has been amazing!I received the best, relaxing massage ever. Highly recommended!

Amazing service. Lovely staff. Chelsea coloured and cut my hair and she is brilliant. Naz did silly my eyebrows and she is amazing as well. The receptionist was lovely as well. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely loved the services here, I had a facial here today and my skin feels amazing, it was so relaxing and the staff are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable :) I also had my hair cut here a couple weeks ago and love it so much! I definitely recommend coming here
