My first wax with Charley and she was very friendly and welcoming! The wax was super quick and pain free. Best wax I’ve ever had and will not be going anywhere else from now on!

The lovely Sarah does a fabulous job again. Despite feeling like she does, and the heat to add another hurdle to overcome, Sarah continues to ensure I feel comfortable and relaxed for the treatment. Sarah, you are super!

Had Grace today & nails were fab. But all the girls are lovely. Relaxed atmosphere & huge selection of colours. Would recommend.

Pleased with my past waxes, but disappointed with my most recent experience. I asked to reschedule my wax the day before my appointment due to my mother unexpectedly not being able to look after my baby after contracting flu. I had to pay the full amount and then was told I'd have to pay again for my rescheduled appointment. I'd understand if I'd cancelled my appointment with no reschedule and I appreciate the fact that they want to discourage customers from cancelling at a whim, but given the circumstances I'd have thought some slack may have been given and a more empathetic response received. If you're a parent where things can change in the blink of an eye, I do not recommend them for this reason and I will not be returning to them. They might have my £35 for free, but they've now lost me as a customer.

As someone who travels a lot, I’ve had many waxes in many places. I have to say my recent visit to Salon Beauty Clinic was the best experience I’ve ever had.

The staff are professional, the space was immaculate, and the results were perfection!

Thank god for Google reviews! I was looking for a 5* salon close to Ware and I found 6* one! Both, Charlotte and Lucie are fantastic and very highly skilled beauticians. I've returned 3 times in last month for a variety of procedures and each time I was very impressed. The atmosphere is great too. Very friendly, makes me feel super welcome and even the coffee is amazing!
