Left with three fingers on my left hand bleeding. My cuticles so sore on both hands I couldn't submerge them in hot water (washing up/the bath) . Horrendous experience. Will not be returning.

Promised myself that I’d never use these again but after a few years I thought that it couldn’t be as bad as before.. wrong..after 3 days my cuticles stopped bleeding but now left with very painful hangnails. The actual nails have been electronically sanded down, as were the cuticles, to a wafer thin thickness, subsequently 5/10 have snapped both sides and 2 are so painful I’m wearing plasters on them. The painting was rough and the shape square when I asked for round. Lesson learned, they’ll grow back and I’ll avoid this shop at all cost.

a man and a woman kept swapping doing my nails and the man cut 2 nails on each finger too short when they were perfect length, it made the nails stick up which makes them very easy to knock

Did cut one of my cuticles too short, but theyre not hurting now so not too bad, nail art and shape are nice however the white tips are a bit tacky
