I have been a client of Alex's since 2016 when she was based in West London - We've been through so many hair journeys - from taking my jet black hair to blonde and everything in between. When Alex moved to this Salon I followed! I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She is patient and sweet- she listens to what you want and will do exactly that. I’ve been coming to see For a few years now. From the start Alex’s services were fantastic. I moved out of the area 2hrs away at the end of 2020 and have continued to travel to Alex to have my hair done. Alex is friendly, the salon has a lovely feel and she does an amazing job on my hair every time. Would highly recommend :)

Alex, the hair stylist, is really nice and honest. She suggested what’s best for my hair but also tries to compromise it to how I want my hair. I have Asian hair and bleaching takes time on my strands (not to mention I even died it red way before so it’s nore challenging). But Alex has made it a point I get my hair done as how I want it.

The bad reviews seen are that of the former management. Alex has taken since over a year ago.

Alex is excellent! Very kind, attentive and always listens to what I would like. She has really helped my hair to become healthy again even though it is very blonde! Highly recommend this lovely lady. :)
