I so look forward to my treatments with Hannah at Beauty At No.1.
With every visit I feel well looked after and have always been delighted with my nails, facials and/or massages. The place is like a tardis and so much bigger on the inside. Lovely ladies and EXCELLENT treatments, thank you Hannah and the team xxx

I've had my nails done at No.1 a few times now, and I've always had such a wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and always do an absolutely fantastic job with an amazing attention to detail. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else to get my nails done, because I know nowhere else could even come close to this!

I got the HD Brow Sculpt a few weeks ago and they are amazing! I was hesitant to try brow lamination but the beautician was very kind and I’m so happy with the result, I will definitely be returning!

Had booked a facial with a Dermalogica voucher that was confirmed valid over the phone. Upon arrival I was then told they don’t accept the vouchers despite being informed when booking that it was completely accepted. The receptionist then said only herself and the manager were aware that they weren’t accepting the vouchers.

She was rude and dismissive and completely unhelpful. It shows a complete lack of education to their wider staff and total lack of customer service.

As I left I said that it was all a bit of a joke, and she screamed as I walked out the door “IT’S NOT A JOKE”.

I won’t be returning.
