Another amazing lash lift.. can highly recommend for consistent results and a lovely salon

(Obviously I’m just a bit delayed with this review as the salon has been closed so there’s been no rules broken) Olivia turned up 15 minutes late because she’d been at the gym. No apology at all, no one apologised or explained to me before she arrived. Barely spoke to me throughout the appointment. Whenever I’ve had my make up done before the MUA has always asked what’s the occasion/what are you wearing/what look are you going for, but she couldn’t have cared less. I tried to make conversation but got nothing. Will not be returning for make up. Got my hair done by Beth at the same time and she was great - would definitely return to her but Shame she’s at the illusion.

I came in today to see Ross after a lot of searching for a good hairstylist.
He is absolutely lovely, funny and truly talented at what he does. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered what I asked for with ease. Gorgeous colour, style and finish. The salon is lovely and all the staff were so friendly and chatty. Had so many compliments - even from strangers on my way home! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!
