Just started using the sun beds here and I must say they are the best in Stevenage, also the salon is reasonably priced on all there services and the girls are so lovely and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who likes to take care of them selves your always met with a very warm welcome and a smiley face

Highly recommend, just been to Lily for waxing, very competent and lovely and friendly.

Sorry first time I have been there and had a 3:00pm appointment, still sitting there wondering at 3:15.
Only one young lady working with a client, no sign on girl that took my appointment, so I left frustrated and deflated, I hate poor customer service. If I owned this business I would have a lot to say about how they must respect customers.
Customers are hard to get, but easy to lose.

The pedicure was the best I have had in years. My skin was exfoliated well and able to take in the moisture from the oil in the scrub. Excellent customer service. Will be going again soon.

Unfortunately the salon needs some TLC, I don’t think the place has had a thorough clean for a while. The lady that did performed my treatment was lovely and it was the best pedicure I’ve had in years!!!!!!

Lovely and clean. Very helpful and polite young lady working there. Sunbeds are fantastic. Highly recommended 🥰
