Thank you Penny for my wonderful Decleor Facial, a treat I will repeat later in the year. 90 minutes of indulgence - a relaxing back massage followed by an amazing series of facial treatments gently applied, at times with pressure that was soothing, with aromas of lavender and roses floating up, and all on a very comfortable couch in a lovely environment. It was a dream!

I have been here a few times and always been really pleased with the treatments, until Thursday…. I went for an eyelash tint, eyebrow wax and tint which I’ve had done there several times before and it usually takes around 15 minutes. However, this time after applying the eyelash tint Penny told me she would be leaving me for ‘a couple of minutes’ to relax….TWENTY MINUTES LATER I was still laid there, tint on my lashes and no idea where Penny was (she didn’t even tell me she was leaving the room!). I ended up taking the tint off myself and leaving without having my eyebrows done. When I explained why I was leaving and how I was made to feel Penny didn’t apologise, just argued back and tried to justify her actions. I will not be returning to this salon!

The studio I trust so much for advise and care of my skin. I want to thank them, especially Hannah.
