Beena's Beauty Clinic

Having been a loyal customer since the shop opened and even being persuaded to return when Bav left I was very disappointed to be charged for a non arrival for a pedicure and manicure which I was unaware I had booked . If however I had booked this and somehow, out of character, I had missed it, I wold have thought that a little bit of loyalty could have been shown on Beena's side too. As I live in Beaconsfield I have recommended many friends and buy my Dermalogica things from her - no more I regret to say. Sorry to have to post this Becky as you are an excellent manicurist but loyalty on both sides, I thought, was so important these days when there are so may other nail bars around.

Great clinic, wouldn't go anywhere else very professional service.

If you’re looking for a professional, high quality, reliable shellac manicure experience, do not go to Beena’s. The varnish I selected started to bubble and slide off during the process. All they could say to me was, with a shrug of their shoulders, “it’s probably the product coming to the end of its life”. No apology, no offer of a good will gesture. I was staggered by how appalling the customer service is here. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any treatment of any kind.

Should I require a manicure I will return Beaconsfield Nails around the corner, where the manicures are less expensive, reliably top quality, and the service is superb.

Painful wax in a cold Room. The woman who did it, I believe is the owner shamed me for my pubic hair. Despite it only being 3 weeks since I last had it done. Which is why is was there to begin with.
I didn't ask for her opinion nor did I want it. Will not be back.
I don't need that kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Great service - had such a lovely facial and my massage was so good it really got rid of the stiffness in my shoulders. Thank you

Found bickering amongst the staff kind of unprofessional esp infront of the clients. But the receptionist who sat there was very sweet and helpful

I’ve been a client for a few years now. Beena is a lovely lady and so knowledgeable about skin. Her facials are both relaxing and restorative - working wonders to banish breakouts and restore a healthy, glowing complexion. If I’m having problems with my skin, Beena is my first port of call. Her clinic is exceptionally clean and there are stringent - but not intrusive - covid measures in place. Very good value for money too. Highly recommended.

Watch out as a staff member likes to send private dm’s to strangers in relationships 🙄🙄
