Totally unprofessional and overall a very bad experience. I booked on THEIR website for a 6pm appointment. Got there 10 mins early to make sure I was on time and when I got in the lady was shocked that I was there. She had almost shut the shop and was getting ready to leave. Bearing in mind I had to pay for this appointment when I booked it, I was not happy as if I had turned up at 6 I think it would’ve been shut completely and I wouldn’t have got the appointment (that I paid a rather hefty price for as well). The lady was clearly in a rush and put no care into my comfort as a customer or quite a painful experience. I have now left with what is practically just a bikini wax as so much has not been done because they ‘just don’t do it here’ which I think is just what she said so that she didn’t have to take up any more time. I also have lots of patches that have been missed and I was left ‘finished’ with bits of wax everywhere which are now stuck to my clothes as well. So unhappy. I have never been a customer and felt like I was an inconvenience before… I left feeling not only angry but also quite upset at how I was treated. The appointment was over and done with in about 11 minutes which in itself will speak for how rushed this was. Most painful wax I have ever had due to carelessness and rushing.

Ever since the management change, it's been horrible! I always would get my waxing done there regularly but now it's just not a good experience because they rush even if it means they're not doing it properly, so I will have to find another salon. Sad.

OMG absolutely shocking! Had to leave and go straight to another hairdresser to sort out what can only be described as an horrific butchering of my hair! She also cut my ear!
Avoid like the plague!
Cost £35 as well!

I did my keratine treatment with Labelle and after i washed and blow dry it looks i have done nothing to my hair. waste of £150.

First time I did my haircut which includes hairwash and blowdry and I am very happy with the result of my haircut. Thank you Jo!

I usually cut my own hair, I’ve never gotten it cut at the hair salon before. I decided I was tired of my straight cuts. I wanted long layers and my hair dresser (can’t remember the name at the moment) did an amazing job. I just trusted her to do what she thought was best and the results were exactly what I wanted and their prices were very decent!
