She is incredibly intuitive and empathetic to your needs, as well as being very easy to get on with. Having just moved to the area, I found Charlotte via Google and am so glad I did. I had some electrolysis done, and I have to say that after having had this kind of treatment for many years (with the exception of lockdown) Charlotte is by far the best beautician I have had for this. She was very thorough with the information required of me (ahead of my appointment) and explained the process more than anyone has ever done before. I found her to be such a lovely person who is very much on my wavelength and I will not hesitate to use her for my future appointments.

Came out with perfect nails as usual. Charlotte is a lovely girl who really knows her stuff. I love going to visit her. Extremely professional at all times especially with Covid. We have lovely chats all the time she is working away on my nails. Would not go any where else.
