I called up for a last minute appointment and I am so happy with the results. I went with the electro sonic facial as recommended by Sian, I’ve had so many compliments on my skin this week I cannot wait to book again :)

A amazing place with amazing staff x

I am absolutely devastated and horrified by my experience at this business’ premises today. I am a married man who is a professional business owner and director of several companies in my early 30’s and I have just been turned away from my massage appointment that was booked with a member of staff 1 hour prior to my appointment at 12pm. I was told “sorry, we don’t massage men” upon arriving in front of other customers. This was extremely embarrassing for me because I was made to feel like I was being difficult and kicked out in front of people when I was actually booked in. This is absolutely ridiculous, totally unacceptable and outright discrimination! No where in the building or in any marketing material, such as this companies website or pamphlets does it state this to be the case. I have never encountered this issue with the many beauty parlours I have visited from prestigious ones to not so prestigious ones. I now do not feel comfortable to book my wife in with this beauty parlour and I will certainly be making my views of this place known to everyone I speak with. Shameful.
