Pretty Woman & Everyman

From a guys perspective. First visit for a back wax. Very busy place quick service with no delay on arrival. Georgia was my beautician. Didn't make me feel awkward and did a great job. Thanks

It was my first time at Pretty Woman so I was really nervous and I had booked in for a Hollywood!! I had a baby not too long ago and wasn't able to wax for a while. Danielle was friendly and made me feel at ease. She was more than experienced and I was out on time.I would highly recommend.

Have been going here for the past 3.5years. I always see the same therapist Narelle, have tried others when she was away and it wasn't the same experience. I now always make sure my appointments are with her and wait longer if she is away on holiday. Narelle is the most professional and politest therapist I have had there and always makes me feel comfortable when going for waxing. Narelle always creates a calming and relaxing environment for my massage and knows exactly what areas to focus on.

I had an hour reflexology with Marion, it was amazing! I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy so having this done made my feet feel and look so much less swollen and sore. I learnt a lot about things that were going on with my body currently. Marion explained everything very thurely and ensured I was comfortable through out. The treatment was very relaxing and my feet feel brilliant after. Highly recommended her as your therapist!!

I have used this place for years to have my eyebrows waxed. 90% of the time I am pleased with the results. Now & again I leave thinking they could have been done a bit better but generally they look good & I am happy. Today however, after leaving & getting in my car, I noticed a big chunk had been taken out of one of my eyebrows! I won’t bore with the details but let’s just say the girl that did it knew exactly what she had done & couldn’t get me out of the door quick enough without showing me the end result in the mirror. I called after leaving & spoke to the manager who was very apologetic & offered me a free wax next time. After thinking about it more, Unfortunately I don’t think I can go back. The dishonesty from the member of staff is what has upset me the most. Did she not think I would notice as soon as I look in the mirror....it stands out a mile!!

Went in today for my first ever Hollywood wax and was so nervous and fearful.
My therapist put me to ease instantly and did everything she could to make me more comfortable and unafraid. I could not be more thankful for how accommodating and kind she was

Have always had really good service from this salon no matter which therapist I have! I think some of the decor inside is a little dated but wouldn't stop me going there

Managed to fit me in same day after I’d been let down by a different spa. Facial was divine, so relaxing and skin feels amazing. Love this place, always have a good treatment and really friendly service too
