Met Jo for the first time today, for my mole removal. She’s amazing!!! Not only very friendly, calm and professional she also has the patience of a saint. I’m terrible at having anything done that Involves needles or hot probs in this case. Jo made me feel really comfortable before hand explaining the procedure and it didn’t feel anywhere near as bad as I built it up my head. I was really impressed with the service. My daughters aged 11 and 12 wanted to have ears pierced and they were super nervous. The second we walked, in the girls were made to feel relaxed and special. Highly recommended, a very professional experience and my eldest daughter was given free advice on her skin issues and freebies to try. Thank you so much!
