Great Gym, Cheap Prices

Dreadful appalling experience...my girlfriend booked a 10 minute treatment in your relaxation and beauty salon...when she turned up was told that the appointment did not exist (despite my girlfriend relaying the conversation) and was told that she could not be treated... This is customer service at its worst and if you treat people in this way you do not deserve to be in business... Your staff are rude and unhelpful and you thoroughly deserve this scathing review.

I have been to lush for several beauty treatments and the service has always been of high quality. (5 star for the therapy ladies!)

The gym has the standard equipment required for a reasonable workout. My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is the poor hygiene in the gym. This can be easily fixed. So please Lush - clean the gym and keep it clean, and I’ll give you a 5 star rating! Lockers for bags and jackets would also be useful.

This place is full of genuinely lovely people. The owner is fantastic at all aspects of beauty treatments and is a fantastic massage therapist. I would highly recommend a visit.
