Due for an appointment and the salon cancelled it last minute, blaming no staff. This is fair enough but the lady changed ‘the story’ by then saying they had agency staff in. Had booked because going on holiday so was not impressed at cancellation so last minute. This is not the first time this has happened with this salon, so I have also cancelled a booked appointment for August now as just cannot trust them. Went elsewhere and had great service.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My sister went in for a patch test and they said, and I quote, “come in any time”. She came in 2 days later and they said she had to book. This was fine, she booked for a lash tint and lift and then when she turned up at the appointment they rudely replied they messed the booking up and they didn’t have the time or the staff. She’s really upset because we’re going on holiday and of course tried other salons but nowhere could do without a patch test so last minute. She’s gutted and so upset. It’s unlike me to complain about an independent business, but they made her feel awful for asking the bare minimum which is really not okay for any business. Respectfully, do not recommend to anyone!!!!

I had booked a spray tan in for my wedding and 30 minutes before my appointment, I got a call saying the therapist had an emergency. I fully understand anyone can have an emergency but no other therapist could do the spray tan for me. I explained I was leaving that afternoon for my wedding and all they could do is offer me discount next time. I had been in a few months before for my trial one and it was great. I would say if you have an important event, don’t risk it as I can see others have been let down too. I had to scramble to find another spray tan a half hour drive away, less than ideal.

Came in for gel nails file and paint. The manicurist was clearly very inexperienced. Kept hurting my cuticles/skin with the electric file while removing my old gel, was very slow and not very good at shaping nails or applying shellac. Shellac cracked and chipped on three nails the very next day… this has never happened so soon before… it is very disappointing , especially after paying 44£ for getting your nails done. Definitely do not recommend this place for nails as price to quality ratio is not reasonable at all.

Shout out to the brilliant Bianka for another flawless gel manicure yesterday. She is always faultless, even my gel pedi this summer eventually had to come off (as it grew out, not because it chipped) - lasted AGES. Easy to book online, so many services and they always have time for a friendly chat and give you brilliant advice too, relevant to your treatment. Been a regular for a while and wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I had the most amazing massage I’ve ever had and I’m particular.. I recently found out owners have changed. Kasia explained the treatment before and listened to what I wanted, gave me advice and tailored the massage to my needs. I felt so relaxed and uplifted, she was incredible, I will definitely be returning.

After an owner of the place reached me directly advertising additional discount, I decided to try this place second tine and regreted a lot. Ladies there do not give a clue how to remove gel from nails, breaking your nails. Thanks to them my nails are broken now. In addition to that they charged me 15 £ for a terrible gel removal, breaking my nails. Just an awful place, 3 ladies were trying to do my manicure and could not do that nice. There are no proffessionals in this place at all, one of the worst salon which I have visited. There are machines to remove gel everywhere around the world except this salon. You are doing that like all specialist were doing it many years ago. Any specialist can remove gel, using the proper equipment for that. For 15 £ for removal, breaking nails I could get a proper manicure with a gel,paying only 10 £ extra, thats why I find it expensive for the terrible service provided. Wow, the best customer approach from the owner in her response. So, in the salon I have been told how to repair my nails after a lady there broke it, trying to remove and now she is saying that they have not removed my gel. Then, if they have not, why I have been charged and advised how to repair nails after visiting their place.

My pedicure appointment was very good. Stacey was very professional and very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this salon and treatment.
