The Beauty Rooms

I booked through Dreamtree Deals, for a head and foot massage. My appointment was put back by 15 minutes initially due to Kiri running late and I was okay with this. Then it was moved back by a further five minutes. When I got to the premises it was very dingy and cold with no-one about. I only had five minutes to wait so went upstairs to find the studio. I then had to wait in a cold corridor with cobwebs and nowhere to sit.
My appointment time reached, I text to say I was outside the door, this was after fruitlessly knocking.
Kiri answered to say she was nearly finished.
Almost ten minutes later, the previous customer came out and it was my turn.
The room was small but warm. I took my shoes and socks off and climbed up onto the table. A small step would have been welcome as I am only five foot tall.
The table was covered by a soft fluffy blanket and I would have expected to find disposable paper towel on top, as found in other salons for hygiene purposes.
Halfway through my foot massage there was a knock at the door, without talking, Kiri answered saying she would be two minutes.
My head massage had been forgotten...along with the fact that I had already sent her the voucher number.
She even questioned the offer until I showed her and then disputed the number, after which she said I could have a free pedicure when I returned for my head massage.
An unprofessional approach coupled with unwelcoming premises means that I will for-go the second treatment.
I do not recommend this place.

I arrived at my appointment and another lady was sitting in the waiting room downstairs which is actually a gym not a beauty room. I went upstairs to find out where I should be going, it was very dark dingy and did not look professional at all. The beauty therapist was nowhere to be seen, so I went back downstairs with the other lady that was waiting. The beauty therapist arrived and the other lady waiting questioned why there were two of us, the beauty therapist then looked at me and said how did you book I told her that I booked online on Groupon through the online portal as it tells you to do, I also explained that upon purchasing the massage the only way you can purchase is to physically book the appointment, I also got a confirmation email stating the date and time of the appointment .She then explained to me that it was my fault that there were two of us and I should have phoned her first, even though I clearly booked and had a confirmation email come through, there was no indication of a ‘you must phone and ignore the online booking’ in the small print at all. She was very rude and didn’t even give me the time of day or apologise, she told me I should just rebook. I work full time and I specifically booked the day off for this appointment and was really looking forward to it. I would definitely not recommend Kiri beauty rooms and would never go back, it is a cheap price for a reason. The most unprofessional lady I have ever met. Avoid

Cold, dark and dingy. No signs to the actual place. I arrived for my appointment and although the doors to the fitness studio were open, there was noone to be seen. I rang the lady to ask where she was, and she informed me that she was out for the day and that I shouldn't have made my appointment. I asked for a refund as I paid in advance, but she didn't seem very helpful in arranging that. I very much doubt I will get my refund!
Steer clear!

AVOID. Turned up for a brow tint n wax to a closed shop. Called owner and was told she'd canceled it but didn't have my details so didn't tell me.
Then she wouldn't process my refund.

Place looked NASTY too, the kind of place where you don't wanna touch the walls for fear of catching something
