I trusted Allure Maidstone with thread veins removal on my leg. It was a very small area, hardly visible but still I wasn't happy with it so I seemed for their advice. I was reassured they could do it and instead they have scarred me for life.
Stay well away from Allure; they have no idea what they are doing and don't take any responsibility for the damage they cause. All they interested is your money. Dreadful service.

I am unsure whether this Clinic is still open? I paid for a 6 session course upfront and still have 2 sessions remaining. My last appointment was cancelled on 19th October due to staff sickness. I left it 2 weeks for them to contact me to book back in but heard nothing. I have attempted calling and emailing numerous occasions and so far have heard nothing back.

On top of this during the early stages of my sessions I received a call from a really rude receptionist at the Maidstone clinic. She stated that there was an outstanding payment. She stated she would have to double check with her manager and would call me back. She never called back, I had to chase them to make sure the payment was noted down. I asked to speak to a manager to try and understand the mix up and also how rude the receptionist and was told that the manager doesn’t deal with these sort of things.

I still have no clue what is going on. Does anyone know if this Clinic is still operating?

My experience with this business has been slowly going drastically down hill. They changed my therapist without informing me (my fantastic therapist left I believe), and on my last facial I felt incredibly pressured into paying a deposit to confirm my next facial. They tried to persuade me to book a course and pay the deposit for that - good job I didn't as I turned up for my following appointment which I had paid half for upfront, only to find the shop shut. I've tried to get in contact since via phone and email and had nothing back. If they've gone bust they would have known that was happening when they took my money, so that's an incredibly inhuman and dishonest thing to do. Very disappointed, and I will be contacting citizens advice to ensure I'm refunded. Do not use this provider.

Paid for 6 laser hair removal sessions at the Erith branch. Had 2 sessions left and an appointment booked. The night before my appointment, I had a poorly spelt text message saying my appointment had been cancelled due to staff sickness. I have left numerous emails, voice mails but no one has got back to me! The shop front has been closed for over a month. I want to be refunded for my outstanding sessions so I can go elsewhere

They’ve gone bust but won’t tell anyone. Cancelled an appointment that i’d already paid for in advance and won’t answer the phone. Effectively stolen my money, disgusting way to handle the situation.

Have been going to Allure for skin peels to treat pigmentation. Am so far very happy and have seen a massive improvement. The therapist is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure I receive an excellent service. After my first treatment I received a call to check that I was happy and if I had any questions. Photos are taken of my skin each time to keep track of the progress and skin analysis is performed periodically. I look forward to going to my treatment and love the hand massage that I receive whilst the peel is working.

Today I've had my first appointment after consultation and I've very pleased with the service I've received. My skin is sensitive to aloe and the beautician helped me go through all of their products to set a personalised skincare that will help me. She's amazing.

I'd give 6 stars if possible! Kayleigh took the time to find out what I wanted from the facial, explained methods of achieving that through a thorough skin consultation. The software that is used to show skin needs was very interesting. Kayleigh made me feel comfortable & pampered with relaxing music, a gentle treatment & a hand massage. Extremely good value for money & I have been twice - looking forward to continuing my skincare journey with Allure.
