Very disappointed I turned up at the venue to be told that there was a mistake with my booking and that I needed to wait for an hour to be seen because they had another client. I left and they wrote on Treatwell that I hadn't turned up.

Si is my hairdresser she's lovely and always make you feel welcome. Great hairdresser

I’ve been going to Sallia for about a year, and I simply don’t trust anyone else to do my eyebrows now. I live in Plumstead so it’s a long travel, but it’s worth it. Sallia talks to me about the shape I want, she is extremely thorough, and understands the look I want completely. I once went to another beautician in an emergency and the difference in quality was obvious.

It is a fantastic service and great quality for money. I haven’t had my hair cut there yet, but Sia seems like a wonderful hairdresser who is friendly, warm and talented, so I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment there.

Si is a great hairdressers, she knows exactly what I want every time I go there. Si and Hannah are always friendly and helpful!

The lady cutting my hair didn't ask what I actually wanted done before she was about to cut - so I had to explain I just wanted a trim. Then she didn't ask how I wanted my hair blow dried, she just did it straight (I didn't bother telling her otherwise, cos I didn't mind).

Edit: Looking back at this haircut, it was definitely not very good. Would not recommend based on the the haircut/ service I received.

Ladies were lovely who assisted me and advised me on beauty tips which was very useful. Will be returning, thank you.
