Top Nails

Can’t recommend this place enough! The family is so nice and they really do try their best to give you what you want. They spend their time and take care and it’s reflected in the quality of the final product. Everywhere I go I’m receiving compliments on my nails, from work, to waiters, till points and even my male dentist commented on the accuracy and professional finish of them! The expansive choice of colours/styles/techniques is so impressive and certainly sets this salon apart from its competitors. So glad I’ve finally found the perfect nail salon! Absolutely terrible. I had showed the woman the nails I want and she said it would be £22 and I said it was fine. She had asked me my length and I had told her where to stop cutting but then she cut the rest of the same hand shorter then the other one longer. I had told her I want them longer and she said it’s fine. She then started arguing me and her English was very restricted so I said to leave the situation and just do with what I want. She then began to sigh and I didn’t understand as to why as I wasn’t shouting or being rude. She was also very rough with my hands. She then told she will no longer do my nails for me and her husband did a soak off for me. I was supposed to pay £41 for a full set of nails and toes and I see why it’s so cheap as the customer service is atrocious. Her husband was very nice and seemed very understanding and spoke in a very nice and calm tone. I then ended up going to five star nails which is a little bit more expensive than this place but it is far much better and the staff treat you with respect and fully explain everything to u before paying. overall DO NOT COME HERE.

Rude and everything is an extra £5.
I told them what nail style I wanted, even showed them a picture, they told me a price but they do not take card payment so I walked to the cash point to take out the money.
When I came back she started my nails then she asked me “how long?” And I said exactly like the picture I showed you, she then said “£5 extra”…bare in mind I had already showed them the picture of the nails and they had already given me a price and I had already taken out the money!
I walked out, normally I don't mind added costs but you literally saw me go to take out the money already, now I’m meant to pull a £5 extra from where??

I had my acrylics taken off here and both the female owner and male owner were kind :) i enjoy the quiet more than chatting randomly aha
There was a older lady who was very confusing but the male owner was so sweet with her! Definitely coming here again once i want a new set x
