Yes you may have to wait a little while depending on how busy it is. But I have this lady called Flossy who does my eyebrows for me and I swear I won’t visit anyone else or trust anyone else with my eyebrows again. The service she gives is absolutely amazing. She gives Roman’s the five star rating herself, and I’m only talking about one staff member, imagine what the rest must be like...

Amazing service! Very kind staff, quick to respond to appointments. Tidy and clean, tremendous products! I’ve had my eyebrows done here many times, and they always turn out immaculate! Way better than I can ever do myself, love going to this salon. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend if you are getting a haircut. They did not even know what they were doing. Charged me so much for the worst haircut and has left me mentally scarred. Never ever will i be visiting this place again. Wish there was a way to sue this business for the amount of distress they have caused me. Couldnt even listen to what i wanted and started doing their own thing. I want my money back.

Preeti comes highly recommended - she without doubt provides the best waxing service around and is great company too! I have seen a huge difference in my hair growth since going to her, and refuse to use anybody else, always booking her in advance. 10/10!

My nails looked better before I went in for the manicure.
The cut & file is all wonky on most nails - wasn't a great job at all. I'm at home now, and the polish has already peeled on 3 fingers (it's been 2 hours).
Service was awful - seemed to be a language barrier as I did communicate the poor shaping & filing and got barely any response back.

I decided to go back in -2hrs after they were done, to request a refund and show my hands to her - to which she proceeded to blame me touching my nails to be the reason (rather than poor quality nail polish). She denied the refund and offered to do my nails again...which was be counter productive and only result in more time wasting for another set of bad nails.

I would say this is NOT the place to go for nails, I will not be back and I would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. Booked in to get my hair styled, even had a picture of what I wanted. The woman had no idea and did what she knew.
It fell out before I got home and I have a party to attend. I had to take the hair down and do it myself. I went back a few days later to explain what happened, she said it was not her fault. Even though I said it feels very loose before I left and she said it would be ok.

The worst part was the owner Gurpal. She is rude and unprofessional. Told me that I cannot get a refund and said if the worker wants to deduct her own wages then she can.

I did not accept this and just refused to ever go back there.

I also used to go for eyebrows and waxing. Although some of the ladies are good, the turnover of staff is high because of terrible management. Therefore it is not a place I will ever go to again.
