Ella and Essen are absolute sweethearts!! I cannot thank them enough. I received a lovely warm welcome and felt at ease very quickly (it was my first time having lip fillers). Essen explained each step of the procedure and what to expect and the results are amazing, I'm so pleased!
Even the mild after effects the next day were explained beforehand so were easily manageable. I came away from the clinic with clear aftercare instructions and something to help with swelling.
The clinic was beautifully decorated and well presented with a soothing ambiance and easy wheelchair access. Prices are very good.

Had my lips done for the first time, I was so nervous and was reassured from the moment I got their, I bought my little girl and my two friends as I thought it was going to be very pain, the procedure took 10-15 minutes, the staff were extremely friendly and I was asked question and was explained what was going on through the procedure, I got told what would be best for my lips and you can tell they care about the clients not the money! I felt very comfortable and I feel so confident with my lips!

I had aqualax fat dissolving and 3ml of filler. I was super nervous as it was my first time but when I walked in they were excited to see me and so friendly, I instantly felt at ease. Very happy with the results and they explained everything really well ☺️

I had 1ml of russian lip filler at ElEs Cosmedic. No words are enough to do justice for what these two angels did for me. I have (or had) a serious needle phobia whereby i often lose consciousness and have severe panic attacks - meaning i was never able to get injections of any sort. I have had therapy for this which proved to be unsuccessful. I have never received such incredible care in any sector like i received at ElEs. Honestly, i felt like i was in first class. I was cared for from the second i walked through, until the second i left. I cannot verbalise how grateful i am to these girls for looking after me like they did! From not being able to look at a needle without fainting, to having 10+ injections in my lips… how is that even possible. Cannot physically or verbally recommend highly enough. Thank you with all my heart❤️

Absolutely amazing service , such lovely girls , very professional and took their time making sure I was comfortable with my treatments as I was very nervous . I will be definitely going back for more treatments and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

It was my First Time having treatment and visited Eles Cosmedic. They had manage to book me in due to a last minute cancellation, however they had offered appointments after hours to fix around my work. The shop is beautifully refurbished, minimal, spacious, clean and provides a calm setting. The Reception Lady was welcoming and offered a drink while I waited since I was early, however kept me informed throughout for assurance. The medical practitioner was welcoming and professional, we had a consultation about the treatment, throughout the whole procedure she talked me through the steps and provided aftercare and follow up after care by via email. A lovely family run business with modern treatment for beauty, excellent customer and care service. I would highly recommend it and please to confirm i'll be visiting again.
