I had an amazing luxury facial with Natalie, the cabin was warm and calming and the treatment was incredibly relaxing! My facial included a head, neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful. I would highly recommend the Rowan Retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing escape, I will be booking again soon! Thank you so much Natalie.

I cannot recommend Natalie enough, she is such a find. I was rather tentative about having my eyebrows and lashes tinted. However the care and attention she gave to me as a person and the task in hand was exemplary. I feel I can really trust her and am looking forward to further treatments. My experience was absolutely tip top, top notch, I highly recommend.

I had a back, shoulder, neck, scalp and face massage and it was truly excellent. Natalie clearly knows what she's doing. She made me feel totally at ease and the massage was both relaxing and cleared all the knots in my shoulders (at my request). The hour I was in there slipped by in no time. I cannot recommend Rowan Retreat highly enough!

Highly recommend. Always leave feeling very relaxed as Natalie has a way of easing all the stresses away. I leave without tense shoulders and feeling amazing.

Nat is absolutely incredible. She is professional, friendly and so welcoming. She talked me through the process of a treatment I hadn't had before and put me completely at ease. I loved that she really took the time to get to know me, answer all my questions and help with my nerves! I'm so glad I found Nat and won't be going anywhere else for anything beauty related! I can not rate Natalie high enough on here ! Iv been going since she moved to our village years back and continue to visit her regularly. I want to state that an experience with Natalie is utter bliss from manicures to facials and body massage .. she makes you feel like your the first client of the day even if you were her last ... her consistency is outstanding and effort never wavers. She has won many awards for her service and full credit to her when You visit her your will see exactly why . Iv been to many health spas around the uk and England and I would rate her the best over them all .

The first time I have ever had a pedicure and I was concerned about revealing my feet which have been stuck in trainers or boots for as long as I can remember. Natalie completely put me at ease, was so welcoming and has transformed them that I'm now wearing sandals and proud to show my feet off. Natalie was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had my first ever dermaplaning facial and would definitely recommend it. Natalie talked me through what to expect before the treatment started. The facial was relaxing and I'm in love with the instant results!
