Prosecco and a manicure for £41. Nearby parade of decent other amenities on a tucked away little place.
45min service using Gelish and DND if that means anything to those that know.

First time visiting and will definitely not be the last. Had a luxury pedicure with my friend it was great. Jacqueline did my pedicure she has good attention to detail, great chat and relaxation. Also she helped me pick out an amazing colour for my holiday. I would definitely recommend visiting and requesting for Jacqueline.

Always such a great experience in Polished. I could not recommend Roxana enough for waxing, she super quick and always delivers such a fabulous service.

Thank you for the wonderful manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was relaxing and the shape of my nails looks great.

Awful customer service and over priced for poor finish!

Went in for gel nail soak off for replacement gel nails with french tips. Tech couldn’t do ombre or use a motorised file, but was also rude and had a poor attitude and no customer service. They filed down the new nails (and my skin!?!) so much that the tips looked more liked growth, left polish over the finger tips, took 2hours and I left very unhappy and £70+ worse off ! They were also rude to other customers in front of me!

My boyfriend and I visited this afternoon, both to have piercings done. The 2 ladies in the store (I’m so sorry to have not remembered their names, I’m terrible with names in general) were so welcoming, warm and friendly… it made the experience so enjoyable. I’ve already decided I will go back next month for my next piercing! Very professional, clean and super happy with the piercings. Thank you ladies.. see you next time! :)

Booked a facial online “the teen facial” and did not realise it was only for teenagers. The description did not make it clear that there was an age restriction and at £65.00 for a 45 minute treatment, I thought that was very pricey for a teenager to pay.

Nevertheless, I went into the salon which seemed nice, however I was met with a girl on reception who was so rude and full of attitude who demanded to know my age in front of another customer who clearly heard. The attitude of this worker made me feel totally uncomfortable and the customer service was appalling.

No smile, no recommendations, no explanations of other services on offer. She only grunted that I could go for the “signature” which would cost £95.00. Well, I looked at this rude human and decided not to spend my money there.

Well Polished, I just want to let you know that you have missed out big time, as I am local to that area and I would have been a very good customer, even willing to pay those ridiculous prices.

Thank you for hiring such a miserable girl on reception with poor attitude as it made me search the reviews and see what a joke this place really is.
