Skin Retreat at Era Hair and Beauty

I have been going to Skin Retreat regularly almost since the salon opened. It feels like a second home! All my treatments are always expertly done and the therapists are extremely friendly. My therapist, Jenny, chats with me in such a relaxed manner that I often forget I am having a horrid Brazillian wax! I have my nails done frequently and Skin Retreat always has a dazzling array of colours from which to choose! I love this salon and I will not go anywhere else, despite the fact that it is a bit of a way from my house.

I would highly recommend skin retreat if you are looking for a therapeutic beauty salon. The treatments are amazing and the staff are very professional and friendly. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Jenny for my wedding I was so pleased with the results. I have also had facials in the past and have left feeling rejuvenated.

I usually have guinot facials, gel manicures and pedicures and hot waxing is amazing they use lycon which is the best product for intimate waxing. I always feel comfortable and have never been rushed or disappointed. I know this is a long review but I really rate this salon and their staff. Always busy so book early :)

A beautiful salon with very friendly professional staff. I had gel manicure, pedicure, hot wax and massage. Very pleased with all my treatments, massage was heaven and went out feeling on cloud 9. Thank you to all friendly staff.

Recently started going here as they have just started caci and guinot which are fab facial!! Love it there staff are great even started doing my waxing there as they have this great hot wax!!!

I recruit for this Company and they pride themselves on employing only the top professional Beauty Therapists with excellent technical skills so that their clients receive top treatments. They also offer career development and top product brand training. Unfortunately, during the current recruitment process a young lady was unsuccessful at her interview and has not only two bad reviews on here but also on all the other salons that she interviewed with. Same two names and all on the same day. She is currently under investigation.
