I have been here regularly for my laser treatment. On one of my sessions a different lady saw to me (I think someone was off sick so she came to help) her name begins with T, she's from the beauty and melody in Angel, and she was absolutely amazing! Although I've had plenty of sessions with different people, she really stood out, she was super aware and could read body language really well and knew if I was in any discomfort and was just extremely professional and kind.
The place itself is really nice and clean, staff are friendly.

Once again, received a friendly welcome on arrival while my stylist was both enthusiastic and diligent. The salon is spotless with a relaxing atmosphere. Recommended!

The last 2 years I have done couple of treatments at their Marble Arch branch and I had a very positive experience. The quality of service is very high, the staff is super friendly and cleaning is a priority. It’s easy to book an appointment at the reception or online. Highly recommend that place!!

Fadumo is an absolutely fantastic therapist. One of the best I’ve had. She look really good care of me through the whole treatment. Paid special attention to all of my problem areas proactively and treated me like I was in a spa. I recommend her 100%

Today I was seen by Vicky who was absolutely wonderful! Vicky had great attention to ensure that my laser was done effectively and also advice me around shaving as I was not sure. I had my first hair removal appointment at the clinic today and Fadumo was excellent! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable the entire time. She talked me through the process and answered all my questions in detail too!
