Fahmina's beauty spot

I have recently come across Fahmina's Beauty Spot and I could not recommend it enough. Staff is incredibly friendly and polite, making sure customer's satisfaction is their top priority. I had 2 treatments - body waxing and lash perm and I am very happy with how both of them worked out. My lashes are stunning, done by Maly, and waxing was far not as painful as in other places, this has been done by Majda. I have also run into an issue with short notice booking and later on card payment. Both issues were resolved in a very friendly and timely manner making sure that I leave the salon happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon and will be back! Thank you!

I went into fahmina’s beauty spot for a Hollywood and had a really positive experience. The salon was pristine and beautifully decorated and the staff were very welcoming. I was very nervous about getting a wax as it was my first time and due to pcos I have a lot excess hair which I’ve been embarrassed about. However the lady doing my wax was very sweet and professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She talked me through after care and preparing my skin for my next visit. I left the salon feeling a lot more confident than when I went in and would definitely recommend to other women.

I did a lash lift 29 August and yes it is not the most comfortable procedure but oh my the results were amazing. Super curled, individual lashes & so many people thought I had extensions. My lashes usually don't stay up after 1h when using the eyelash curler, they are very straight. It's now mid October and they are still going up! Very pleased ☺️

Good price for eyebrow threading but don’t think I would go back. Hurt a bit, felt heavy handed, no hand sanitiser used before touching my face, leant against my head. Eyebrows look neat though. Better opening hours than other salons.

Got my hair cut here. I called the salon and asked whether they were able to cut hair extensions and they assured me they could. My hair cut took 15 minutes and the result was so chunky, I could have done the hair cut myself and get the same result!.
I left a bad review on Treatwell and called the salon and asked whether I could get any compensation for the bad cut.
They said they would only compensate me if I deleted my review on Treatwell!
Such a bad service and customer service.

I had the worst experience of a hair cut in over 10 years here. I asked for a trim of my hair and the lady starting cutting 6-7 inches of my hair off to 'frame my face'. Stated specifically at the beggining of the appointment that I like to keep it long and just wanted a trim. She did the right hand side and I had to walk out mid-day and refused to do the other side. I've now had to pay more to get it fixed somewhere else and my hair is choppy and uneven. It'll take me another 6 months of new growth to try and fix it. Be careful!

I have been coming here for many years and have always received the best service.Hydra facial was amazing,Fehmida was great at explaining what she was doing at each stage. Very relaxing experience, my skin is glowing.Thanks for the amazing service.
