Jiemao Lashes & Brows | STORY (Marylebone) | Lash Lift, Lash Extensions London

I've been going to Jiemao Lashes & Brows in Marylebone to get my eyelashes lifted for the past 3-4 months. The team is very professional, friendly and extra careful and attentive when doing treatments. The atmosphere in the treatment room is calm and relaxing. My lashes look so beautiful everytime I visit the salon and they actually last for 7-8 weeks! I definitely recommend visiting this beauty salon.

At 1st I liked the results of my lash lift and the technician have done a great work. However I feel disappointed next day. I went for a lash lift and realised the results are mostly a curl effect of half of my lashes rather than lift my whole lashes. Also, the lashes on my right eye dropped down a bit and they are less curler than my left eye and the technician forgot to lift the last lashes on the edge of my right eye. Comparing my results with my friend's results, my lashes in general lines are not really lifted as theirs, as I said before, my result are more curl than lift. I paid 100£ and I was expecting a better results (price including lash conditioner + tip). Also the lady who opened the door was not in her best mood so I was hoping she was not my technician but thankfully she wasn't as she seemed very upset and lack of consideration, no smile, with face like: oh another client prrr :(, toilet ...there... (Pointing out with the finger), no instructions where to go (or if I have to go to an specific room, not mentioning wait here...),no nothing as she barely speaks ...I don't think I'm coming back. Also mentioning 4 people in the same room 2 technicians and 2 clients in the same small room....no thanks.

Is not about comparing... it is about lift or curl. Mine are curl not lifted. Simple. The person who open the door was a technician, she was in the room with another client.
To your offer..thank you but I can not force my lashes to undergo to another treatment now as you can imagine.. but I would rather accept a partial refund.

I was very pleased with natural lash extensions. It took a long time but I realised afterwards that was because it was done very precisely. Definitely worth the money. I was comfortable and made to feel at ease. You don't want your lashes to go wrong!

I never leave reviews but I had the Organic Brows and Lashes done at the Marylebone branch and please beware - lashes were ok but brows are pretty shocking. Despite explaining to the therapist I didn’t want my brows any darker than they were already, she insisted she was “placing back lost colour from the lamination process”. They are like massive dark slugs on my forehead that don’t match my colouring one bit ... I was in such shock when I saw them, i had to hold back tears as i ran home - still in hiding days later and cannot express how utterly embarrassing and comical I look. To think that i paid someone and spent an hour of my life only to be left homebound - such is my punishment for vanity. The senior customer service Ells was pretty unsympathetic and their solution was underwhelming and totally unhelpful. - Lastly please note the “Organic” Lashes and Brows are NOT ORGANIC - they simply have less chemicals than the average formulations - it is just a way to charge you more. Overall this is one of the dumbest most regretful ideas I’ve ever had - and I am to be reminded of it for the next 6/8 weeks until the dye wears off.

*** In response to Jiemao reply - my review was not “false /lies” - my practitioner clearly stated the Organic dye still contained chemicals and wasn’t fully organic during my treatment.

I love how my lashes look. I have the classic lashes and Salina (the owner) helped guide me into choosing the right ones for me! They all care for you in this place and will not recommend anything that doesn’t suit you which I appreciate. They always make sure their customers are happy and I am very happy and I trust them so much!

Sorina (the lady who did my lashes) was ready for me when I came and even let me go back out because I forgot something in the car!

Her hands were really careful I even fell asleep during the one hour session!

I’ve been going to Jiemao for years to get my lash extensions done but decided to try out a lash lift and brow lamination for a more natural look this summer. It was my first time checking out their Marylebone branch and it was easy to find. Was only a 10 minute walk from Marble Arch station and the studio was super clean. Tianna did my lashes and brows and I cannot explain how much of a different person I feel like after my appointment. She was incredibly friendly and professional and such a light touch I could barely tell she was touching my eyes. I now wake up and feel done up already without the need for any makeup. I’ve had so many compliments on my lashes. I’ve 100% converted to lash lifts instead of extensions! Thanks Jiemao!!!
