I get my semi permanent eyelashes done by Chanda, who is always so quick, efficient and lovely. They are the best eyelashes I’ve ever had! I got my eyebrows laminated for the first time by her, too, which are still almost entirely the same a month later. So glad I found this place, all of the other girls who work there are lovely too

I walked out with bleeding cuticles. This has not happened with any other place I've had my nails done. I was told it was because my cuticles were "very soft" and that they "always bleed". She had to daub the blood away twice to actually pain the nails. Otherwise the service and price were good but definitely not worth dealing with raw fingers for days. Note they only accept cash and bank transfer.

Very professional services, Otesha is lovely! I was very happy with my service and my wig lasted the whole duration of my trip to Zante, I was in the water, did watersports and the wig still stayed on until after my holiday. 10/10 would recommend!

Went here the other day for eyelash extensions and now I have to get them removed. Because it was my first time I didn’t know that cluster lashes are absolutely the wrong type of lashes to use extensions. They will make your lashes fall out and there’s too much glue therefore constantly scratching my eyes. she didn’t care to consult. I should have just stuck with daily fake lashes. Now I have to live with this monstrosity for 3 weeks.

I told the lash technician that It was my very first time, hoping that I would get a consultation and some guidance but she didn’t help at all.

When I asked her what was suitable for my eyeshape and what level of volume I needed for what I wanted to achieve, she waved away my concerns and said don’t worry, she “knows”.

Pro tip: Don’t ever go to someone who thinks they know what you want without bothering to find out.

After she finished I told her that normally when I wear fake lashes they are shorter on the inner eye and fan out for my eye shape (I have hooded East Asian eyes) and that normally I wouldn’t apply the lashes so close to my inner eye. Her response was I should have told her in the first place 😵

Actually a good artist would notice that natural lashes follow that pattern. In the end we had to trim the lashes manually to try to make it look less uniform from end to end.

A proper lash technician knows every eye is different and each person has their own preferences. Not apply the same fake doll lashes for every eye shape in the EXACT same way for every person that walks through that door!

A lash “artist” she is definitely NOT! Do yourself a favour and pay the extra money if you want lashes that aren't going to irritate your eyes and cost you tripled what you paid to get fixed.

The service was wonderful, Otesha is a vibe and makes sure you’re comfortable. The finish product was amazing and I do not regret going there

Booked a lash extension here in late July 22. The moment I opened my eyes I could feel scratching in the inner and outer corners. The technician used tweezers to separate some of the lashes and told me that it should be ok from there. I've had lashes numerous times through different providers and knew something didn't feel right but as the next client had arrived and was already in the chair I proceeded to believe that maybe the irritation was just a slight sensitivity and that it should go down eventually. The following day I was going away on holiday. As we set off, my eyes began to get really red and swollen - something which has never happened before. Luckily I brought my lash glue remover as the pain throughout the night didn't leave me confident that I will be able to go on holiday with these lashes. Once at the hotel, the irritation was so bad I spent an hour removing them. As I took them off I could see that there was clumps of dry glue on each lash, and that the technician had used cluster lashes despite asking for hybrids. I spent the holiday with swollen and red eyes. Since this incident, I have changed technicians with another business altogether and have never had this problem since. I hope this review helps someone.

Arrived on time for my appointment and had to come back an hour later as she still had 2 clients in front of me. The lashes looked great at first, felt a bit scratchy though as they were very close to the lash line. They were supposed to be hybrid lashes which are a mixture of fans and individual lashes. However, after about 10 days when my natural hairs started to grow, they really began to irritate me, and when some were shedding I realised that she had just used fans and left big gaps in between, no individual lashes, so that when even one sheds, there's an obvious gap. I also realised they were pulling on my natural lashes because there were big clumps glued together, either a row of fans or a single fan glued to 3-4 of my own lashes. Not great.
